World Cup is an event that is entirely run by volunteers, from the event directors to every staff member. All are affiliated with the International Quidditch Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit company. Hosting the World Cup wouldn't be possible without these friendly, dedicated people, and we invite you to join us on our next adventure by volunteering!

Volunteer perks

Volunteers get free admission to the event, a free staff t-shirt, and access to water, Gatorade, and other perks. Volunteers must be willing to work at least six hours to be assigned to a shift and receive the benefits listed.

Volunteer duties including field managing, guest reception, player reception and assistance, set-up and clean-up, and more. More details on specific positions and responsibilites can be found on the volunteer job descriptions page. Training and instructions will be provided. Experience with quidditch is not required. The volunteer sign-up deadline is March 11th.
